Traveling Dark RiversWhile serving in the Navy I have had many experiences using SureFire flashlights. I have spent many dark rainy nights on river patrol boats. I traveled from Asia to South America. Anyone who had doubts about what kind of flashlight I had didn’t after using my SureFire. It would light up the darkness like daylight. When you needed stadium lighting in your pocket, SureFire was the ticket. We never had a problem with light signals or in any emergency. The small light proved more than able to perform. The one thing everyone says about the light is, That thing is bright! Mark B., Former Navy, Atascadero, CA, United States |
To Australia and Across the USAI have had a 6Z for more than four years, and love it. It's been with me back and forth across the Pacific, to Australia, and all over the U.S. It has never let me down. Tactically, it is the easiest light to use, and offers great versatility in the field. Paul S., San Marcos, CA, USA |
From Travel to CampingI love to travel in the National Park of Thailand. I buy a lot of camping goods. I’ve been using my SureFire 6Pmodel for a year now. It is very compact and convenient to put in my bag, everywhere I go. My intention for purchasing the 6P model was first as an attachment for my handgun, but I find that it is good for travelling too. From Grottos to VolcanoesI use your great lights during my adventure tourism, such as Stromboli, volcano trips, and exploring grottos or archeological sites. Even though this is my hobby, I always take the 6P light with me when I travel around. I also keep it in my car when I drive out of the city on weekends. SureFire lights are quite expensive for the Italian market but they are great! Armando P., Napoli, Italy |
Hotel BlackoutThis week I returned to my hotel in the evening after running a major scientific meeting on biomaterials research for the Department of Defense. The hotel, and other surrounding establishments, was suffering from a power failure. While other hotel guests stumbled around in the dark or messed around with flickering flames from oil lamps (provided by the hotel), I drew my trusty SureFire E2 clipped to my rear pocket. After making my way to my room, another hotel guest asked to borrow my E2 to find his way to his room. Now without my E2, I drew a second SureFire (a 6P) from my daypack and carried on.
